My Pet ID tags are made of aluminum & measure 1.875" X 1.563", & are printed on both sides.

HOW TO ORDER:

 1- Add item to your cart & then go to your cart. 

 2-Click on the link that says "Message to seller". That is where you can put all your info you want printed. 

     Please make sure all info is correct!

 3- Confirm & pay

 4- A high quality resolution image of your pet is needed( I will crop if needed) plus all the info you want printed on the tag.

  *** To send an image(picture) of your pet use Ebay Messenger or Note to Seller at checkout or clicking on "Contact seller".

   Name of pet  - printed in Script or block letters

   Address

   Phone #

   Breed

   Height

   Weight

   Color of coat

   Date of Birth

   Male or Female

   Other options such as Microchipped, Reward, organ donor, blind, deaf etc.

I will only print info you give me. Any info left out will not be on your tag. Please make sure all info is correct.

***If you want to see a mockup for approval before printing, please note that in your message with all your info. If you decide to see a mockup please check your messages in Ebay often so it won't hold up your order. If I do not hear back from you in 24 hours I will assume it is ok to print & ship.
